We do

Frequently asked
Does Receipt Agent work with Netvisor, Procountor or Fennoa?
It works alongside them. You import the list of missing receipts as a file, because there is no direct connection to accounting software yet.
Does the AI read the receipts and invoices?
No. It sees the attachment's name and the message text, so the accountant confirms each receipt.
What if a client asks whether an expense is deductible?
The agent writes the rest of the reply and leaves the tax question as a yellow spot for the accountant. It gives no tax advice itself.
Does the AI see our clients' data?
Yes: the message being processed, the attachment names and that client's missing receipts. It does not see other clients' data.
Does the message say an AI wrote it?
Yes, every draft ends with a line about the AI assistant, and it cannot be switched off. We are open about using AI even though a person checks and sends the message.
Where is the data?
Data is stored in the EU, in Stockholm. Each customer's data is kept apart from everyone else's.
Which AI reads the messages?
Claude, an AI (a language model) made by Anthropic. The message is processed on Anthropic's servers in the United States under EU-approved contract terms (standard contractual clauses).
Are our messages used to train the AI?
No. Anthropic does not train its AI on your messages and deletes them by default within 30 days.
Do we need a data processing agreement?
Yes: the law calls you the controller and us the processor, and the agreement sets what we may do. You accept it with the order, before a single real message is processed.
Can the agent be stopped?
Yes, with one button in the settings. Messages are stored meanwhile, and the app shows who did what and when.
What if the draft is poor?
You see every draft before it is sent, so an error stays in the draft. You can edit the guidelines and process the message again.
How is the pilot invoiced, and can we stop it?
The pilot's first month is invoiced only at the end of that month. If you give written notice to stop before the second month starts, the first month is not invoiced.
What do you ask of a pilot firm?
We ask for feedback and for permission to describe the build anonymously. The permission is voluntary.
